You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery only if the shoes are unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
